This Privacy Policy explains what information TipsOver60 (“we”, “us”) collects when you use tipsover60.com, and how we use and protect it.
Who we are
tipsover60.com is operated under the brand TipsOver60 by a registered Individual Entrepreneur in the country of Georgia. You can contact us at hello@tipsover60.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us — your email address (and any name you choose to provide) when you subscribe, download a free guide, or contact us.
- Purchases — when you buy one of our digital products, the purchase is handled by Gumroad, our checkout and payment provider. We receive limited order details (such as your email and which product you bought). We never see or store your full payment card details — those are handled securely by Gumroad and its payment processors.
- Assessment data — when you use our quizzes, tools, or forms, we may collect the answers you provide (such as your age range or the areas you’d like to work on) so we can personalize the content and emails we send you.
- Technical data — like most websites, our host (Cloudflare) may log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running.
- Analytics — we do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future (for example, Google Analytics), we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
- To send you the emails, guides, and content you signed up for.
- To deliver and support products you purchase.
- To respond to your messages.
- To keep the site secure and to improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Email and unsubscribe
Our emails are sent through Kit (kit.com). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, and we will stop sending you marketing emails.
Service providers we use
- Kit (kit.com), provided by ConvertKit LLC — email delivery and list management.
- Gumroad, Inc. (gumroad.com) — checkout, payment, and product delivery.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (cloudflare.com) — website hosting and security.
These providers process your data only to provide their service to us. Some are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site and our forms to work. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
We are not a healthcare provider
TipsOver60 is an educational platform, not a healthcare provider. We are not a “covered entity” under the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the information you share with us is not “protected health information” under that law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing hello@tipsover60.com. If you are a resident of California or the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. Residents of other places, including Georgia, may have similar rights under local law. To exercise any of these rights, just email us.
Data retention
We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it.
Children
This site is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
